It is an 8-week LIVE online training program with me, where I help ballplayers, parents, and coaches develop mental skills that are essential for performance, both ON and OFF the field. I take everyone through a proven system where I combine my close to a decade experience playing at the big league level, with the knowledge I gained working with the best mental skills coaches in the world.

Baseball and Softball players of all ages. I purposely simplify everything we cover so that it translates to all ages.

It’s also for parents and coaches who are looking for systems, tools and techniques to get the most out of their players. To help their players stay focused and calm under pressure. To help them slow the game and their mind down. And to ultimately empower them to consistently show up at their best, when it matters most.

Each session will be LIVE on Zoom and will last close to an hour in length. Don’t worry though, if you can’t make it live, every session is recorded and put on a password protected site for players to have LIFETIME access to, along with accompanying worksheets.

In total, there are 8 Milestones that make up the Major League Mindset program and 10 total sessions LIVE.

Each SUNDAY AT 7:30pm ET. we will cover a one of the Milestones and also end the session with a Q & A.

Many players who take part miss LIVE sessions due to practice, games, and well, LIFE. Don’t worry though! If you can’t make it live, every session is recorded and put on a password protected site for players to have LIFETIME access to (even after the program is done), along with accompanying worksheets. You will still get as much from the program, whether you catch the live session or not!

In total, about 1.5-2 hours/week. Trust me, I know players have games, practice, school, and life obligations, so I do not bog them down with work. With that being said, a big part of the program is taking action and practicing what we go over in real life and in practice/games. Overall, you shouldn’t expect to spend more than 1.5-2 hours on the program a week.
