    If you’re having trouble logging into the MLM App, don’t worry! Follow the steps below to regain access.

    Step 1: Have You Logged in Before?

    • Ask yourself these questions:

    • Have you logged into the App before?

    • Did you recently receive an email with instructions on accessing the MLM App?

    If you’re accessing the App for the first time and haven’t registered yet, you’ll need to create a username and password. Look for an email from us with the link to register and follow the prompts.

    Already registered but still can’t log in? Move to Step 2.

    Step 2: Reset Your Password

    If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in, follow these steps:

    1. Visit the MLM App login page.

    2. Click on Log in and then select Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and click Send reset link.

    4. Check your email inbox for the reset link.

    • Can’t find it? Check your Spam or Promotions folder.

    5. Click the reset link and create a new password.

    6. Go back to the App and log in with your email and new password.

    ⚠ Note: The password reset link will expire after 30 minutes, so be sure to reset your password quickly.
