In total, there are 8 Milestones that make up the Major League Mindset programs.
Each session a new topic is covered and each of Milestones concludes with an in-depth Q & A as well as downloadable worksheets.
The course is completely self-paced and asynchronous and there is no pressure to complete it under a certain timeframe. This was designed for participants to have full time access to the materials and teaching tools at all times, without any pressure of due dates and scheduled events.

In total, about 12-16 hours. Broken down on a weekly basis that is about 1.5-2 hours/week. Trust me, I know players have games, practice, school, and life obligations, so I do not bog them down with work. With that being said, a big part of the program is taking action and practicing what we go over in real life and in practice/games. Overall, you shouldn’t expect to spend more than 1.5-2 hours on the program a week. However, keep in mind that this is a self-paced course and you can participate it in whenever you want: on the bus rise to school, to and from practices or games, at home during the weekends. There is zero pressure to complete this course in any time frame. You work at your own pace!
